In order to pick out the correct replacement weather stripping for your entry door on your Fleetwood Bounder MH, you'll just need to cut off a piece of the current seal and take a couple of measurements as well as take a mental note of the type of seal it is.
For instance, the Rubber Hollow Bulb Seal for RV and Trailer Door # CS95FR measures 15' long x 3/4" wide x 9/16" tall, and is a peel and stick style seal.

We have replacement slide-out motors, but the correct replacement will depend on the part number of your current motor, as there isn't a universal higher-torque option. So for example if you had a 520317S you would replace it with the Replacement Gear Motor Assembly for Lippert Slide-Out # LC386321, which is a high-torque motor. Based on the information provided I know you have a Pre-IMGL Kwikee Step meaning that your system was made prior to the Integrated Motor Gear Box Linkage which was the big change in October of 2004.
The old linkage should have an A, B, or C embossed on it if it is the original. If not, then it is fairly easy to tell which you need based on shape. We have the following:

I spoke with my contact at Lippert who said that the part number you gave didn't yield any results and that if your Kwikee 32 Series steps are as old as your 1994/1995 Fleetwood Bounder Motorhome then none of the replacement motors will fit correctly. The only solution is for you to replace your entire step assembly and for that you'd need part # LC372261.

Although it's not from Petersen Manufacturing like the # 108-15A lens you'd looked at, Optronics makes an LED equivalent that we offer as part # MCL31AB for an amber lens or # MCL31RB for a red lens. Either lamp mounts on 3 inch centers, and is the same 4 x 2 size as the Petersen equivalents.

It sounds like you just need the Lippert Kwikee Cotter and Clevis Pin # LC379178 along with the Replacement Motor # LC379147 that you referenced. If this is not what you are referring to please let me know and I will look into this further.
